The Journey Back to What Matters
Sometimes the most important thing you can do is step away long enough to hear what matters most.
Join us for the 6th Annual Take A Hike Retreat at beautiful Buzzard Rock Farm in North Carolina. Nestled among wooded trails, river access, open fields, and peaceful outdoor spaces, this retreat is designed to help you reconnect with God, yourself, and others while finding clarity for the road ahead.
Whether you're navigating a life transition, leadership challenges, marriage struggles, military life, burnout, grief, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, this retreat offers space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with purpose.

For the first time, Joe & Emma Martin, the founders of Full Range Foundation, will host both a Women's Retreat and a Men's Retreat on the same campus, with separate lodging, gathering spaces, and retreat experiences designed specifically for each group.
Take A Hike is not about escaping life.
It's about returning to it with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose.
For four days, participants step away from daily distractions and responsibilities to focus on what often gets neglected:
-
Emotional health
-
Spiritual growth
-
Personal identity

Meaningful relationships

-
Rest and renewal
Through outdoor experiences, coaching conversations, reflection exercises, faith-based discussions, and community connection, participants discover practical tools to help them navigate life's challenges long after they return home.
