Our team is made up of individuals who have served in the military and military spouses, who have experienced firsthand the challenges and difficulties that come with military training and war. Through our shared experiences, we understand the unique struggles and stresses that veterans and their families face, and we are dedicated to supporting one another in our journey towards healing and recovery.

 

 

At our core, we believe that every service member and their families have the capacity to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals, and we strive to provide the tools and resources that can help them tap into their inherent strength and resilience. Our team consists of experienced professionals who are trained in infused counseling and coaching, and we are committed to providing a holistic and personalized approach to helping individuals achieve greater health and wellbeing.

Meet the Team

At Full Range Foundation, we are fortunate to have a team of dedicated individuals who bring a diverse range of experiences and expertise to our organization. Allow us to introduce you to the key members who drive our mission forward.

Joe Martin President and CEO of Full Range Foundation

Joe Martin of Tennessee is a retired Army Sergeant spending eight combined years with the 101st and 82nd Airborne Divisions.  Deploying twice with the 101st, once to Iraq for the 2003 invasion, and once to Afghanistan in 2005. In 2006 Joe deployed with the 82nd to Iraq during the surge and upon completion of that tour reclassed and joined the US Special Operations Command, (USSOCOM), as a Psychological Operations Specialist. During Joe’s 14 years as an active-duty Psychological Operations Specialist, Joe deployed six more times to various countries around the world in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Joe held various leadership positions from team leader to detachment sergeant, worked as an instructor in the Special Warfare Center and School teaching the next generation of special operations soldiers and worked on innovative solutions to enhance future capabilities within the 1st Special Forces Command. After retirement in 2021, Joe moved to Tampa, Florida where he now works as a government civilian with USSOCOM. Joe has a bachelor’s in psychology from the American Military University and is pursuing his master’s in political science from Liberty University. Joe is married to his high school sweetheart, Emma Martin, celebrating their 21st anniversary in July. Joe and Emma have four children together, two of which are currently serving in the United States Army.

 

Emma Martin - Leading the way as our VP and Co-founder of the Full Range Foundation and the President of Full Focus Coaching. With a Bachelor's degree in Religion and a minor in Ministries and Ethics, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Currently pursuing her credentials for the International Coaching Federation, Emma is dedicated to providing military members and their families with biblical counseling and coaching services. Her mission is to guide veterans and their loved ones in aligning their lives with their core beliefs, values, and purpose. Emma's unwavering commitment and compassionate approach make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Christy Hinnant - Director of Counseling: As the Director of Counseling at Full Range Foundation, Christy Hinnant plays a crucial role in supporting our beneficiaries. With a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Christy is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern. Her extensive experience in helping individuals overcome various traumas, including combat-related traumas, reflects her dedication to empowering others on their healing journey. Christy's involvement with non-profit organizations, including being the Executive Director of V.O.I.C.E.S. Against Sexual Assault, showcases her commitment to raising awareness and advocating for victims. We are fortunate to have Christy's expertise and passion within our team.

Dania De Jesus - Social Media Manager/Community Engagement and Photographer: Completing our team is the talented Dania De Jesus, who serves as our Social Media Manager/Community Engagement specialist and brings her passion for photography to Full Range Foundation. With a Bachelor's degree in Photography/Photojournalism and pursuing a Masters in Worship Studies: Pastoral Counseling, Dania combines her artistic eye and technical knowledge to capture the essence of our organization. Through her creative lens, Dania helps us share our mission and impact with the world. Her vibrant spirit and ability to transform moments into cherished memories are invaluable assets to our team.
